Real Estate Continuing Education

The Wisconsin DRL requires all real estate licensees to complete 12 hours of continuing education during each two-year licensing period (biennium) in order to renew your license. This is accomplished by completing four, 3-hour classes included in the current biennium’s curriculum and passing the exams for each class.
