Building Commission Approves Projects

Madison – May 23, 2013 – (RealEstateRama) — The State of Wisconsin Building Commission approved several key projects today across the state including, but not limited to:

· Maintenance and repair for the Robert E. Ellsworth Correctional Center in Racine County and Fox Lake Correctional Institution in Dodge County; and,
· Construction of an addition and renovation to the Department of Military Affairs’ (DMA) Portage Readiness Center;

“Moving forward on these projects will help us continue to provide core government services,” said Governor Scott Walker. “I would like to thank the members of the building commission for working together to take action on these projects.”

The Building Commission is chaired by Governor Walker and made up of the following members:

· Vice Chair State Representative Dean Kaufert;
· State Senator Neal Kedzie;
· State Senator Terry Moulton;
· State Senator Fred Risser;
· State Representative Joan Ballweg;
· State Representative Gordon Hintz; and
· Citizen member Bob Brandherm.
